Industries / Capital advisory firms
Run more mandates with the same deal team.
M&A, debt and real-estate advisers spend most of an engagement on analyst work: building buyer lists, formatting the CIM, chasing NDAs, keeping the data room in order. The AI does that work. Your bankers keep the relationships and the judgment.
In plain terms
Think of an analyst who has read every filing and deal announcement in your sector, builds the buyer list overnight, and never loses an NDA.
Your week
What eats your team's week.
Today, by hand

What AI takes on

Who signs offBankers own the client, the pricing view and every conversation with a buyer.
The first two weeks
We measure before we build.
- Analyst hours per CIM
- Days from engagement letter to launch
- Buyers contacted per mandate
- Hours spent on data room questions
Where we usually start
We already run this ourselves
In our own advisory work: filings and news read daily, scored for credibility, and checked against what actually happened.

Questions
What owners ask first.
Will this replace my staff?
It takes over the repetitive part of their week: the forms, the follow-up, the matching and the reports. Most owners use that time to serve more customers without hiring at the same pace. Who you employ stays your decision.
Is our data safe?
Before any work starts, a written agreement says what we can access and who can see it. Every step the AI takes is logged.
How long before something is running?
The assessment takes about two weeks. The first tasks then run inside your real work within six to eight weeks, and halfway through you decide whether to continue.
What does it cost?
It depends on the work. The assessment is a fixed fee agreed before we start. After that you choose a fixed price for a build, a monthly retainer, or paying us from the extra profit.
Do we have to change our software?
Usually not. We work with the systems capital advisory firms already use.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Anything that goes to a customer, a regulator or your books is checked by a person first, and every step is logged so a mistake can be traced and fixed.
Show us where the hours go.
Tell us what your team spends the most time on. In two weeks we measure it and show you what AI can take off their plate, in your numbers.
