Industries / Cleaning, HVAC and field services
Book, dispatch and bill without an office full of coordinators.
The work happens in the field. The money is lost in the office: missed callbacks, slow quotes, crews sent to the wrong place, invoices that go out late. The AI runs the office side.
In plain terms
Think of a dispatcher and office manager who answer every call, fill every schedule gap and invoice the same day the job closes.
Your week
What eats your team's week.
Today, by hand
- Answering calls and booking jobs
- Building tomorrow's schedule and routing crews
- Writing quotes and following up
- Invoicing and chasing payment
What AI takes on
- Calls and web requests answered and booked
- Schedules built and crews assigned
- Quotes drafted and followed up
- Invoices sent when the job closes, reminders after
Who signs offYour operations manager approves the schedule and any pricing exception.
The first two weeks
We measure before we build.
- Minutes to answer a lead
- Jobs per dispatcher
- Days from job done to paid
Where we usually start
We already run this ourselves
In our own cleaning company: crew assignment and operations moving onto AI first, HR and accounting next.
Questions
What owners ask first.
Will this replace my staff?
It takes over the repetitive part of their week: the forms, the follow-up, the matching and the reports. Most owners use that time to serve more customers without hiring at the same pace. Who you employ stays your decision.
Is our data safe?
Before any work starts, a written agreement says what we can access and who can see it. Every step the AI takes is logged.
How long before something is running?
The assessment takes about two weeks. The first tasks then run inside your real work within six to eight weeks, and halfway through you decide whether to continue.
What does it cost?
It depends on the work. The assessment is a fixed fee agreed before we start. After that you choose a fixed price for a build, a monthly retainer, or paying us from the extra profit.
Do we have to change our software?
Usually not. We work with the systems cleaning, hvac and field services already use.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Anything that goes to a customer, a regulator or your books is checked by a person first, and every step is logged so a mistake can be traced and fixed.
Show us where the hours go.
Tell us what your team spends the most time on. In two weeks we measure it and show you what AI can take off their plate, in your numbers.
