Industries / Property managers

Manage more doors without adding staff.

Property management is volume: applications, work orders, late rent, owner statements, every month for every door. The AI handles the volume. Your managers handle tenants and owners.

In plain terms

Think of an office manager who answers every tenant, logs every work order and sends every owner report on time.

Your week

What eats your team's week.

Today, by hand

  • Screening applications and scheduling showings
  • Logging work orders and chasing vendors
  • Late-rent reminders and notices
  • Monthly owner statements

What AI takes on

  • Leads turned into applications in your property system
  • Work orders logged and vendors dispatched
  • Rent reminders and notices sent on schedule
  • Owner statements drafted from the books

Who signs offManagers approve leases, notices and any spend above your limit.

The first two weeks

We measure before we build.

The assessment starts with your own numbers. These are what we would measure. They are not promised results.
  • Doors per manager
  • Days to fill a vacancy
  • Days to close a work order

Where we usually start

We already run this ourselves

Running

In our own property business: new leads become applications in the property system. Live since June 2026.

Questions

What owners ask first.

Will this replace my staff?

It takes over the repetitive part of their week: the forms, the follow-up, the matching and the reports. Most owners use that time to serve more customers without hiring at the same pace. Who you employ stays your decision.

Is our data safe?

Before any work starts, a written agreement says what we can access and who can see it. Every step the AI takes is logged.

How long before something is running?

The assessment takes about two weeks. The first tasks then run inside your real work within six to eight weeks, and halfway through you decide whether to continue.

What does it cost?

It depends on the work. The assessment is a fixed fee agreed before we start. After that you choose a fixed price for a build, a monthly retainer, or paying us from the extra profit.

Do we have to change our software?

Usually not. We work with the systems property managers already use.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Anything that goes to a customer, a regulator or your books is checked by a person first, and every step is logged so a mistake can be traced and fixed.

Show us where the hours go.

Tell us what your team spends the most time on. In two weeks we measure it and show you what AI can take off their plate, in your numbers.
