Win more proposals with the people you have.

Engineers should engineer. Too much of the week goes to proposals, RFI logs, submittals and status reports. The AI assembles them. Your project managers check and send.

In plain terms

Think of a project coordinator who keeps every RFI and submittal log current and has the proposal draft ready by Monday.

  • Assembling proposals from past projects and resumes
  • Logging and chasing RFIs and submittals
  • Weekly status reports for each client

What AI takes on

  • Proposals assembled from past work
  • RFIs and submittals logged and chased
  • Status reports drafted from the project record

Who signs offProject managers approve what goes to a client. Engineers stamp drawings.

The first two weeks

We measure before we build.

The assessment starts with your own numbers. These are what we would measure. They are not promised results.
  • Hours per proposal
  • Days an RFI stays open
  • Hours per status report

Questions

What owners ask first.

Will this replace my staff?

It takes over the repetitive part of their week: the forms, the follow-up, the matching and the reports. Most owners use that time to serve more customers without hiring at the same pace. Who you employ stays your decision.

Is our data safe?

Before any work starts, a written agreement says what we can access and who can see it. Every step the AI takes is logged.

How long before something is running?

The assessment takes about two weeks. The first tasks then run inside your real work within six to eight weeks, and halfway through you decide whether to continue.

What does it cost?

It depends on the work. The assessment is a fixed fee agreed before we start. After that you choose a fixed price for a build, a monthly retainer, or paying us from the extra profit.

Do we have to change our software?

Usually not. We work with the systems engineering and consulting firms already use.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Anything that goes to a customer, a regulator or your books is checked by a person first, and every step is logged so a mistake can be traced and fixed.

Show us where the hours go.

Tell us what your team spends the most time on. In two weeks we measure it and show you what AI can take off their plate, in your numbers.
