Quote every RFQ the same day.

Orders arrive by email and phone. Someone keys them into an ERP from 2009, and someone else matches supplier invoices by hand. The AI does the keying and matching. Your estimators and buyers decide.

In plain terms

Think of an inside-sales estimator who answers every RFQ the day it lands and keys every order without a typo.

Your week

What eats your team's week.

Today, by hand

  • Turning RFQ emails into quotes
  • Keying orders into the ERP
  • Matching supplier invoices to POs and receipts
  • Answering “when will it ship?”

What AI takes on

  • Quotes drafted from each RFQ against past jobs and current material prices
  • Orders keyed into the ERP
  • Supplier invoices matched to purchase orders and receipts
  • Ship-date updates sent as work moves through the floor

Who signs offEstimators approve every quote. Buyers approve every payment.

The first two weeks

We measure before we build.

The assessment starts with your own numbers. These are what we would measure. They are not promised results.
  • Hours per quote
  • Minutes to key an order
  • Invoices matched per clerk-day
  • Quote win rate

Questions

What owners ask first.

Will this replace my staff?

It takes over the repetitive part of their week: the forms, the follow-up, the matching and the reports. Most owners use that time to serve more customers without hiring at the same pace. Who you employ stays your decision.

Is our data safe?

Before any work starts, a written agreement says what we can access and who can see it. Every step the AI takes is logged.

How long before something is running?

The assessment takes about two weeks. The first tasks then run inside your real work within six to eight weeks, and halfway through you decide whether to continue.

What does it cost?

It depends on the work. The assessment is a fixed fee agreed before we start. After that you choose a fixed price for a build, a monthly retainer, or paying us from the extra profit.

Do we have to change our software?

Usually not. We work with the systems manufacturers and distributors already use.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Anything that goes to a customer, a regulator or your books is checked by a person first, and every step is logged so a mistake can be traced and fixed.
