What we run / Clinical research

A clinical-research network that finds studies, reads its own paperwork and checks what it is owed.

Where it started

Practices described themselves in forms and emails, and staff read every document by hand. The shared drive held thousands of clinical files with inconsistent names. Invoices were checked against contract terms nobody could look up quickly, so some were rejected after the fact.

A clinical-research site network, with a sponsored-research network beside it. A company 16x9 runs. Its name is kept off this site.

What we built

What runs today, and what is still being built.

Running: in use today. Pilot: proven in a first run, not yet in daily use. Building: not yet relied on.
  • Running

    Sponsor development

The public trial registry is read every day, sponsors are scored for fit, and a research report lands with the team each morning.

  • Pilot

    Sponsored-research platform

A practice joins through a guided interview, is matched against real registry trials, and sees the reason for each match. Patient data is blocked in code.

  • Pilot

    Document reading and filing

Uploaded documents are read and filed. The shared drive is being renamed in checked, reversible batches, and every change is logged before it lands.

  • Building

    Receivables and trial-agreement billing

Contract rates, a receivables ledger, and a check that stops any invoice above the agreed cap. Designed, not yet relied on.

How it runs

From the source of the work to the person who signs off.

  1. 1The public trial registry is read every day.
  2. 2Each trial is scored against a practice's profile.
  3. 3The practice sees its matches with the reasons. Sponsor contacts stay hidden.
  4. 4Uploaded documents are read, and anything shaped like patient data is filtered out in code.
  5. 5Every change is logged before it lands.
  6. 6A person approves each admission, each outreach and each invoice.

What people still decide

  • Whether a practice is admitted, held or declined.
  • Which sponsors to approach, and what the outreach says.
  • Whether a renamed file or a billed line is right.
  • Whether the platform ever holds patient data. Today it does not.

What comes next

  • Connect each practice's own file storage and email.
  • Check practices against public regulator findings before admission.
  • Run the invoice check end to end on real agreements.

We run this ourselves. We can run it for you.
